Auto Invoice Reminder is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform delivered entirely online. As such, there is no physical shipping involved in our service delivery.

2. Service Activation

Upon successful registration and payment (if applicable), your account will be activated immediately. You will receive:

  • Instant Access: Immediate access to your dashboard and all features included in your subscription plan.
  • Confirmation Email: A welcome email with your account details and getting started guide.
  • Login Credentials: Secure access to your account through our web application.

3. Email Delivery

Our service includes automated email reminders sent to your vendors. Email delivery details:

  • Delivery Time: Emails are sent according to your configured schedule (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.).
  • Delivery Method: All emails are sent via Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) for reliable delivery.
  • Delivery Confirmation: You can track email delivery status in your dashboard under the email logs section.
  • Retry Mechanism: Failed emails are automatically retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff.

4. Invoice & Document Delivery

Generated invoices and documents are delivered as follows:

  • PDF Generation: Invoices are generated instantly when you create them.
  • Storage: All invoices are securely stored in the cloud and accessible 24/7.
  • Email Attachments: Invoice PDFs can be automatically attached to reminder emails.
  • Download: You can download invoices at any time from your dashboard.

5. Service Availability

Our service is available 24/7 with the following guarantees:

  • Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime for our service.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Any planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Support: Customer support is available during business hours (see Contact Us page).

6. Data Delivery & Portability

You have full control over your data:

  • Export: You can export your data (vendors, tasks, invoices) at any time in CSV or PDF format.
  • API Access: Premium plans include API access for programmatic data retrieval.
  • Backup: All data is automatically backed up daily.

7. Subscription Delivery

For paid subscriptions:

  • Immediate Activation: Paid features are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
  • Invoice Delivery: Payment receipts are sent to your registered email address.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Email Deliverability

We take email deliverability seriously:

  • Authentication: All emails are authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Spam Prevention: We follow best practices to ensure emails reach the inbox, not spam.
  • Bounce Handling: Bounced emails are tracked and you're notified of delivery issues.
  • Complaint Management: We maintain a suppression list to respect recipient preferences.

9. Service Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • Free Plan: Limited to 10 emails per month and 5 vendors.
  • Email Sending: Subject to fair use policy to prevent abuse.
  • Storage: File storage limits apply based on your subscription plan.
